Wills

* Executors - You must decide who you want to administer your estate when you
pass away. This is an extremely important and sometimes onerous position as a lot of thought should go into who you pick. 4 is the maximum and 2 is the most common number of executers in a Will.

* Inheritance Tax - Each estate has a tax free threshold of £275,000 (as of 2005). If
your total ‘Estate’ is worked out at above this, the beneficiaries under your will must pay inheritance tax to the Inland Revenue.
